Welcome Home. Our Residents enjoy regular scheduled sessions in any one of our rooms alongside some other perks that only a studio could give.
So what’s the Residency?
For a monthly rate, you’ll have access to our backline and recording equipment, in the room of your choosing, on a regularly scheduled day/night.
During your time you can write, rehearse, track, mix, master your next release.
You’ll also have access to our staff that actually likes helping out! We have a great community of musicians here that are happy to lend a hand whenever they can.
Who’s this for?
It’s a great investment for bands who practice regularly at rehearsal studios, who are tired of the high costs, and don’t want to deal with renting out a lockout.
If you’re practicing two times a month or more on a steady schedule, this program will save you money and provide resources that only a professional recording studio could offer.

Hours
Our studio is a 24/7 facility with no noise restrictions.
Schedule M-F
AM: 9am-5pm
PM: 5pm-1am
Schedule Weekends
AM: 9am-3pm
PM: 3pm-7pm
3rd: 7pm-1am
Rates
Start at $160 and typically land around $350.
Rates are discounted for 5+ scheduled sessions monthly.
Rate determined by slot. (ex. ‘Wed AM’ is different than ‘Thurs. PM’)
Length of Stay
New Resident: 3 Months
Returning Resident: 6 Months
*these can vary and be made longer if requested
Schedule and Availability
Residency availability is based on the current artist usage and open schedule.
A typical schedule is similar to:
Every Monday at 10am - 5pm or every other Thursday 5pm - 11pm

Security
We have a full Nest security system that includes: keypad code deadbolt, video cameras (24/7), and scheduled entry. Your gear is NOT backline gear, you’ll be asked not to touch someone else’s gear and they will not touch yours.
Scheduled entry means no one is there when they aren’t supposed to be and we keep a log of the times people come in-and-out, in case of an incident.
Private Bathroom and Fridge
Our bathrooms here are always stocked and cleaned regularly. Each room has their own private bathroom .
Our fridge always has fresh filtered water and a selection of beverages inside. We believe here that sharing is caring (also makes for less drama) so if you see it in there, go for it. It’s stocked monthly with all kinds of good stuff!
Full PA and Backline
PA, Drums, Guitar amps/ cab, Bass amp/cab. Our goal is to have a place that’s ready for you and your team to come create. We’ve got house mics and mic stands along with plenty of XLR cords. Unlike the backline at that gig, you’ll actually enjoy playing our handpicked gear from Orange, Ampeg, Ludwig, DW, Fender, and more.
